  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Please note that processing does not occur on Sundays or public holidays.
🚛 Delivery Timelines
  • We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible:
  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to Tier 3 cities, Northeast India, or rural locations may take 8–10 business days.
  • Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Actual delivery dates may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, or courier delays.

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat COD fee will be applied to your order. This charge will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you finalize your purchase.
📦 Logistics & Tracking
  • To ensure reliability, we partner with Shiprocket for all our deliveries.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email.
  • Real-time Updates: You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the Shiprocket tracking portal.
💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
  • COD is available for most pincodes based on Shiprocket’s serviceability.
  • If COD is not available for your specific location, our team will contact you to help transition your order to a prepaid method.

  • Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or the customer being unavailable, re-shipping charges will apply to send the order again.
